Dr. McKenzie is the medical director of Ambulatory Surgical Clinic Vancouver. His surgical interest is arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder and knee. His non surgical interest is in chronic pain conditions and he is a member of the International Association for the Study of Pain and the Canadian Pain Society. He is involved in teaching medical students at St. Paul’s Hospital and is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Orthopedics at UBC.
